Fatigue and sleepy

Distaste and cravings towards foods
Food aversions are consequences of rise in level of the hCG hormone during pregnancy. You are also very likely to have sudden intense hunger pangs with increase in appetite.
Change in sense of taste and smell
Many women sense alternation in taste, which could be a strange metallic taste inside the mouth. Smell of cooking some specific foods like fish, meat, etc. and even the aroma of tea and coffee may be too repulsive to tolerate.
Morning sickness- nausea, vomiting and dizziness
The symptoms of morning sickness during pregnancy are almost similar to those of PMS. Nausea and dizziness are persistent in the morning though they might continue throughout the day. Vomiting might or might not occur. You will feel generally sick during those days.
Changes in breasts
Your breasts tend to visibly swell and become tender and sore, which is a quite normal sign of pregnancy. The symptom is same as that experienced before periods. Changes in hormones also cause darkening and widening of the areolas (the region surrounding the nipples) if you are pregnant.
Increased frequency of urination
You will tend to pay visit to washroom more often than you usually do. This again accounts to rise in the level of the hormone hCG.
Basal body temperature remains elevated
Your body temperature will rise by a degree when you are pregnant and it will remain elevated.
Spotting and cramping due to implantation
The fertilized egg begins to implant itself in the uterus. Changes take place in the endometrial lining which leads to mild spotting and abdominal cramping. You will observe brown or reddish stains in your underwear. However, there’s nothing to worry about as it’s very natural
