You need to be extra careful while stepping outdoors. Avoid going to noisy places and claustrophobic environment like crowded elevators. Such situations are most likely to make you feel dizzy and nauseous.

Get fresh air

It’s important for you to stay in neat and clean environment and breathe fresh air from your surroundings. Try to go for morning walks with your spouse in park and garden. You will not only feel good but you can also beat morning sickness in a wonderful way.

Engage in relaxation therapy and light exercise

Take soothing bath in warm water, indulge in spa and massage therapies and get some mild exercises. You can try prenatal yoga. When you are occupied, you are less likely to feel nauseous. Furthermore, your body also receives the much needed relaxation. You can also read books on pregnancy.

Take your vitamin and mineral supplements as suggested by your doctor

Your doctor might prescribe you several vitamins and mineral supplements like vitamin B6, magnesium and iron. Have them on time. Although, they won’t instantly help you to combat morning sickness, but definitely your mood and everyday performance will be enhanced. This way you can control feeling sick in the morning.
