Erectile Dysfunction: An Absolutely Curable Health Disorder

Erectile Dysfunction: An Overview

Erectile Dysfunction is the inability to achieve or maintain an erection
firm enough for sexual intercourse. Even on receiving the normal
sexual drive, many a time, an individual fails to get the required stiffness
in his penis, which hampers his ability to perform intercourse.

If seen statistically, every 5th person in the world is suffering from this
disorder, which proves that this, indeed, is quite a common problem
that surely has various medical treatments. However, it has been
suggested that by leading a simple lifestyle, many males can stay
away from the problem of erectile dysfunction.

Men who suffer from diabetes or heart problems are more prone to
erectile dysfunction (ED). Regular exercise and healthy diet may greatly
improve this health disorder by reducing the risk factors.

Causes and Symptoms Erectile Dysfunction

As mentioned in Wikipedia, an erection occurs with the specific
sequence of events, which mainly include nerve impulses in the brain,
area around the penis, spinal column and movement muscles,
fibrous tissues, veins, and arteries. When any of these even gets
disrupted, a problem in erection may occur.

Nowadays, when so much of stress, pressure and competition,
is present in the society, getting a curable health hazard like
erectile dysfunction is quite common. It is not a disease but only
a health complication which should addressed to and not hidden.
Once treated properly, this can actually enhance your self esteem
to an entirely new height.

It is often said that the masculinity of a man is measured through
his sexual performance; hence, getting it treated as soon as it is
detected is what every male should do. In most of the cases,
erectile dysfunction is curable.

Following are some of the most common causes of erectile dysfunction.

  • Neutrogenic disorders

Drugs and Treatment of Erectile Dysfunction

Treatment of Erectile dysfunction

Contemporary pharmaceutical market is full of such drugs used to treat
erectile dysfunction. And among all these, the most popular one is
Generic Viagra, which is also the first brand name erectile dysfunction
(ED) medication. A few other, most commonly used herbal pills are
Levitra, Cialis, Kamagra, and Vimex.

Two Important Facts

In the end, two important facts that are important to be mentioned here
are- first, erectile dysfunction should never be confused with impotency.
Impotency is a much wider problem that involves intricacies related to
sexual intercourse, reproduction, lack of sexual desire, ejaculation or
orgasm complications and much more.

And secondly, erectile dysfunction (ED) is treatable at any age.
In fact, at the present time, a good number of men have been seeking
help regarding this health problem and gaining back their normal sexual
activeness with advanced and successful treatments. So, do not feel
ashamed of erectile dysfunction (ED) and spread the awareness about its
available treatment so that others too can have a satisfied, pleasurable sexual life.

Summary:

Erectile Dysfunction is a curable health problem. Although, this problem can
occur to any man at any age, those who suffer from heart diseases and
diabetes are believably more prone to it.

Today, through appropriate treatment, regular exercises and balanced diet, the problem of erectile dysfunction (ED) can be treated.
