In the past few years, astounding growth has been observed in the number of people suffering from the obesity. From time to time, studies have shown that there is a direct relation between obesity and type 2 diabetes. If a person is obese, then more he will be prone to type 2 diabetes. Reason being; cellular changes are observed by an obese people that make certain cells resistant to insulin, a condition commonly referred as insulin resistance.
If any person experiences insulin resistance condition, then liver, muscle and fat cells become incapable of responding normally to the insulin.
