  • whole grain enriched breads and rolls
  • low-fat or homemade muffins pancakes, waffles and biscuits that are made using polyunsaturated margarine or oil and low fat milk
Baked goods that are to be avoided:
  • butter or cheese rolls and breads
  • croutons
