Watch how you get up from bed

While we are asleep, our body remains in one position for a long time, making the muscles little stiff and dormant. Sometimes with the wake of alarm, we get up with a jerk, hurting those sleepy but stiff muscles, which can cause back pain. To avoid this, rather than sitting up straight with your back flat on bed, turn on your one side and then slowly get up without any harsh jolt.
