Walking – Keep It Real: Nothing can swap the goodness of a regular walk on an outside track, sidewalk, or path; not even a swanky state-of-the-art treadmill. A motorized treadmill without an incline will burn fewer calories than a walk uphill. Also, the moving tread does “a-lot” of the work for you without providing any wind resistance, which results in less calorie consumption. High cost of the equipment and storage issues of a treadmill also adds to its cons. Walking, on the other hand is FREE and lets you enjoy the nature.
