Walk: Anytime, Anywhere - Walking is the simplest, cheapest, and most effective form of cardio vascular exercise (cardio exercise) and does not require any fancy equipments or gear, except for a pair of good quality walking shoes. It helps in building stamina and improves the efficiency of heart and lungs, increase energy level, and strengthen the leg muscles. Start with 15-20 minutes and increase the pace gradually up to 30 minutes. Walk briskly; pretend as if you have to catch a bus.
