Stop smelling awful: Bathing twice a day is the most important and foremost step towards banishing bad body odor. Limiting the consumption of spices, garlic, and other such strong flavours also helps. Add drops of rose water or essential oil to keep you smelling fresh all through the day. After bath, rub a cotton ball dipped in vinegar, baking soda, or turnip juice in and around the armpit area. Make friends with a fragrant talc.
