Tips to reduce flight fatigue

Flight fatigue or jet lag is the term used to describe the symptoms experienced when the body’s internal clock is disturbed. In order to prevent flight fatigue, one should eat light meals. Avoid alcohol, caffeine and soda as it leads to dehydration. You should wear ear plugs, as it helps reduce the amount of fatigue experienced due to the engine noise outside the cabin. Make sure you spend plenty of time in the sunlight as it helps the body resets its natural time clock. Follow these simple tips and reduce the effects of flight fatigue to some extent.
