For super shiny talons, eat right: Nails wordlessly talk a lot about your health status. Pinkish white, shiny, clean, and clear nails are a sign of excellent inner health and good habits. Make a conscious effort to eat “nail-friendly foods” such as vegetables, fruits, nuts, fish, eggs, and a lot of other things rich in calcium, protein, zinc, iron, vitamin A, B, and C. Smoking, alcohol, saturated fats and excessive sugar is terrible for nail health. Carrot juice is a great beverage to drink for nails.
