Insomnia is a common problem that many people suffer from today. One way to help get a good night’s sleep is the use of aromatherapy. Although it is not a permanent solution or cure for the underlying problem, aromatherapy can help one relax and fall asleep faster. Aromatherapy relaxes the mind and calms the nerves, thus, helping the mind fall asleep. You can try a relaxing massage with essential oils or use a spray on your bed linen. A hot water bath with a drop or two of essential oil will also help one calm down and sleep better.
