Say No to zero nutrition cookies and chips, indulge in healthy bites

We tend to indulge ourselves snacking upon cookies, donuts, cakes, potato chips, etc. when hungry. This is definitely not a good idea as these snacks are loaded with oil and salt that are not good for your health. Limit the consumption of snacks as they have zero nutritional value. Instead, feast on healthy snack options such as fruits, green vegetable salads, tofu, beans and satisfy your thirst with a glass of water, rather than drinking a can of soda.
