The food that has been chemically processed and made from refined ingredients along with artificial substances is called as ‘processed food’. These processed foods are high in sugar content, salt and fats. They contain all types of artificial ingredients like flavor, texturants, colorants and preservatives. These foods are quite addictive and the consequence is people gorge on high calorie and nutritionally zero food. These foods are easily digested, making one hungry again in some time. Thus, forcing one to eat again the processed foods that are made from trans fats or processed vegetable oil. All this affects your health in the long run and makes one prone to cardiac diseases as well as obesity. So, clear shelves off processed foods and make place for natural foods. Health is more important than munching on chemically enhanced foods.
