Metabolism is the rate at which your body burns calories. In order to lose weight, boosting the rate of metabolism will help one lose weight easily. This can be achieved by eating regular meals that are just enough to satisfy your hunger. Eat at least 3 meals and have a mid morning and mid afternoon snack. Don’t starve yourself to lose weight. Instead, rev up your metabolism to help beat the fat.
