Red wine improves cardiovascular health

Say “cheers” to red wine!!: When consumed in moderation, red wine hold a reputation of being heart friendly. Red wine is known to play a role in increasing HDL (good cholesterol) and lowering LDL (bad cholesterol). Having one or two drinks (one serving being approximately 4 oz) a day can prove to be beneficial in terms of heart health. Going beyond the recommended limit of red wine or any other alcoholic beverage is not at all a good idea.
