Psyllium fiber effectively eases constipation

Psyllium, a water soluble fiber, is a good way to soften hard stools and make life easier in the loo, if you are suffering from constipation. It is available in husk and powder both forms; though powdered form is preferred as it dissolves quickly and is easier to gulp. A regular intake of 1-2 table spoons in a glass full of water is good enough to ease out constipation.
