Hair lost due to nutritional deficiencies can be managed as well as reversed. Malnutrition commonly occurs due to lack of balanced diet or starvation. So in order to stop hair loss due to inadequate amount of protein in diet, food rich in protein like red meat, poultry, fish, eggs, milk, yogurt, cheese, soy, nuts, and legumes must be consumed.
