Drinking alcohol is often said to be a sign of depression. However, studies have shown, little wine a day does more good than harm. Spanish scientist has shown drinking 2 to 7 glasses of wine per week helps reducing the risk of depression. Drinking too much is obviously a sign of addiction or depression. Therefore, adequate social wine drinking will not just keep you healthy, but also keeps your ‘spirits’ high.
