Music and exercise – a great combo! Music and exercising had always gone along well. While doing cardio or other aerobic exercises, listening to music keeps the pace going, takes away the monotony of working out and motivates the exerciser. When people are enthused, they work out longer and harder. Music has the ability to make the mind overlook feelings of tiredness, low energy, and makes one feel happier.
