Doing moderate to intense exercise for a longer period of time is a great way to lose your jelly belly. By working out rigorously, toning of your muscles shrivels belly fat too. In a week two hours and 30 minutes of moderate aerobic exercise or one hour and 15 minutes of intense activity is recommended in addition to a strength training program for a slimmer waist.
