Neither hog, nor skip: Skipping meals in pretext of losing weight is not at all a good idea. Even if you are on a diet program, never ever miss out on a meal. More appropriate way of cutting down on weight is to have several small helpings of low calorie, fiber rich food throughout the day. Eat something healthy every 2 to 3 hours so that your metabolism is always up and working and is continuously busy burning out the consumed calories.
