How to prevent pre diabetes

Pre diabetes can be prevented by life style changes like eat healthy foods, consuming fresh fruits and vegetables, doing more physical activity and losing weight. Pre diabetes is a condition where the blood sugar levels are high but not so high that it qualifies to be termed as diabetes. The blood sugar levels remain between 100 to 125 mg/dl. The symptoms of pre diabetes are increased thirst and hunger, frequent urination and fatigue.
