Health benefits brown rice over white rice

Brown rice is obtained by removing only the outer grain of husks. This causes least damage to the grain and maintains its maximum nutritional value.
White rice is obtained by removing the outer as well as inner husk and thereafter polishing the grain. This process removes 67% of its vitamin B3, 80% of its vitamin B1, 90% of its vitamin B6, 60% of iron and all dietary fibre.
So for better health, it is always advised to have brown rice instead of white rice.
