Get tested – often!! Frequently having regular routine physical examination is a good habit to make sure that our dear body is doing just fine. Regular blood pressure, sugar, and cholesterol testing, mammograms and cervical smears for women, PSA test (for prostate cancer) in men and several other essential screening tests should be done time to time to catch the budding illness at its earliest.
