Eat dinner at least 3 hours before bed time for better night sleep

Eat early in the night: Eating an early dinner or having it at least three hours before hitting the bed is idyllic for having a sound sleep all through the night. If you are having dinner and planning to dose off immediately, you may experience reflux and heartburn and the food doesn’t get digested fast because of lack of physical activity. This can lead to uneasiness and disturbance in sleep.
