Eating more and more of complex carbohydrates instead of simple carbohydrates helps in getting a trimmer tummy. Complex carbohydrates include vegetables, fruits, whole grain breads and brown rice. Simple carbs such as white pasta, white bread, white rice and soda only increase your weight and fat around the belly area.
