Drink water as soon as you get up for free bowel movement

Drink water first thing in the morning: Although drinking enough water throughout the day is beneficial but having a glass full of it as soon as you get up will help you have a clear stomach. The logic behind this is when we fill our stomach with food or any drink, our body senses a “new arrival” and in order to create space it sends signals to the intestines to evacuate or make place. This stimulates and initiates bowel movements. Water being calorie free and refreshing is an ideal choice to do so.
