Do not drink tea or coffee before going to bed

Tea, coffee and sleep – Doesn’t go hand in hand: If you are aiming to have a sound and undisturbed sleep in the night, do not drink tea or coffee post evening. Tea and coffee contains caffeine, which is a stimulant that keeps the body alert and energised rather than putting it as ease around the bed time. A glass of lukewarm milk is a better option than tea at bedtime to give a soothing and relaxing effect.
