Controlled screen time helps make children healthy and wise

Watching too much TV was never a healthy habit. It has been proved that children who watch television develop behavior problems, irregular sleep pattern, become aggressive, obese and have poor academic performance. Make sure your toddler views the TV less than 2 hours a day and older kids limit their TV time to 2 hours. Encourage them to play outside, read and interact more with people. The lesser time spent in front of the idiot box, the more active, social, imaginative and creative a child can become. Limit children's screen time, and help them grow as happy, responsible and active individuals.
