Bone density improves with exercise

Research shows that exercise plays an important role in prevention of osteoporosis. Exercise helps make bones strong, improves bone density, increases the size, strength and capacity of the muscles. Thus, children should be encouraged to exercise and as adults one should try moderate impact exercises to maintain a healthy bone health, reduce bone loss of after menopause and risk of fractures in the elderly.
