Using computer for long hours during the day? This may lead to dryness and irritation. The best way to avoid computer vision syndrome, is to blink more often. This helps coat the eye with tears and keeps away dryness. You should blink your eyes 10 times every 20 minutes to rewet the eyes. Frequent breaks will also help reduce the stress on the eyes and reduce the strain. Do take frequent breaks and blink your eyes when working to keep away computer vision syndrome.
