Strain on the eyes is one of the most common complaints amongst people today. The constant staring at a computer, mobile, tablet, television screens causes eye muscles to work overtime. This leads to blurred vision, dry eyes, irritation, redness, etc. In order to prevent these symptoms, make sure you blink at least 20 times per minute.
