Be sun smart and reduce risk for skin cancer

Sun is the most important part of existence. However, too much of the sun can be bad. Sunrays do contain vitamin D, that is good for bone health. But they also include ultraviolet rays that can lead to skin cancer. Thus, avoid going out in the hot sun, especially the afternoon sun. If you have to, make sure you wear protective hat or scarfs, sunglasses and cover your exposed skin with sunscreen lotions containing high SPF content. Be safe under the sun, it can help prevent skin cancer.
