Stay away of spices if your heart burns

Feb 19, 2012

Eating spicy food adds up to acidity. Foods that are loaded with spices or are otherwise considered “hot” in nature, triggers acidity. Avoid food that contains whole spices, garlic, pepper, onion, radish or cabbage as these are high in acidic content.
