Keep a tab on your calories

Jan 24, 2012

Counting and controlling the amount of calories you eat in a day plays an important role in reducing your belly fat. It’s wise to read food labels while shopping and keep comparing the number of calories per serving size. Keep an approximate count of calories consumed after each meal or whenever you snack or drink in between.
