Drink plenty of fluids while taking this medication, which helps to remove the drug from the body and to avoid constipation. It is usually given once in a week. Side Effects: Pain or redness at the injection site, nausea and vomiting, constipation, stomach pain, tiredness, dizziness, headache, loss of appetite.
