Terbutaline is used to treat asthma, bronchitis, emphysema. Terbutaline relaxes airways in the lungs and relieves bronchospasm there by relieves wheezing and shortness of breath.

Terbutaline is available in the form of tablet, syrup, solution, inhaler, nebulas, injection. Your physician will prescribe depending on the severity and condition of the disease.

Store terbutaline at room temp (15 – 30 degrees C). Avoid excessive heat, moisture or direct sunlight, never store in the bathroom.
Keep it out of reach of children. Make sure that any leftover portion is disposed off safely.
Terbutaline may cause dizziness. If you experience this do not drive or take part any skilled activities like operating the machine.
