Side Effects: Dizziness, lightheadedness, headache, nausea and vomiting, upset stomach , muscle aches, trouble sleeping, nosebleed, sore throat, runny nose, edema, blurred vision
Dosage: Usual adult dose for erectile dysfunction: 50 mg orally once a day. (1 hour prior to sexual activity). Usual Adult Dose for Pulmonary Hypertension: 5 to 20 mg orally three times a day.
