How to use: Take metformin sunward 250 mg tablet orally with a meal as advised by your doctor. Diet and exercise along with this tablet gives better results. Check the blood sugar levels at your doctors office and adjust the dose as directed by your doctor.
Side Effects: Diarrhea, nausea and vomiting, stomach upset. Symptoms of low blood sugar include sudden sweating, shaking, fast heartbeat, hunger and nausea, blurred vision, dizziness and headache, or tingling hands/feet.
Dosage: Start with 500 mg orally twice a day or 850 mg orally once a day and increase weekly as directed by your doctor. Maximum daily dose is 2500 mg
