Dosage: Usual Adult Dose for Dysmenorrhea, pain, fever is 200 to 400 mg orally every 4 to 6 hours as needed. Usual Adult Dose for Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis is 400 to 800 mg orally every 6 to 8 hours. Maximum dauly dose is 3g.
