Uses: Erycin DT 125 mg tablet is used to treat bacterial infections such as pneumonia, whooping cough (pertussis), urinary tract infections. sexually transmitted disease. Erythromycin is also used to treat acne. Erythromycin does not work for viral infections such as common cold and flu.

How to use: Take Erycin DT 125 mg tablet orally preferabbly before meals. If it upset stomach take it with food or milk. Take the medication untl completion of the dose. Consult your doctor for any side effects you notice.

Side Effects: Headache, nausea, vomiting, mild diarrhea, stomach pain and loss of appetite

Dosage: Mild to moderate infection: 250 to 500 mg (base, estolate, stearate) or 400 to 800 mg (ethylsuccinate) orally every 6 hours.
