Dosage: Atorvastatin 10 mg and ezetimibe 10 mg or Atorvastatin 20 mg, ezetimibe 10 mg orally once daily as a initial dose. Atorvastatin 40 mg and ezetimibe 10 mg may require if cholesterol levels are high.
