How to use: Take Amizep tablet orally preferably with food to avoid stomach upset. To reduce the side effects of this medication start with low doses. You need to use it for one month to get the desired result. To avoid withdrawal symptoms reduce your dose gradually.

Dosage: Amitriptyline 10 mg, Chlordiazepoxide 25 mg: 3 to 4 tablets daily in divided doses. If high doses are not tolerable then use Amitriptyline 5 mg, Chlordiazepoxide 12.5 mg 3 to 4 tablets daily in divided doses.
