Cons of becoming vegetarian

1.Deliberate denial of your favorite food  

This happens when a die-hard fan of non vegetarian food tries to become a vegetarian. They develop a weird apathy towards food as somehow they are deliberately denying themselves, their most favoritedishes which could be a grilled chicken, smoked salmon.

2.Lack of proper nutrition  

Some of the richest sources of protein, vitamin and omega 3 fats are present in chicken breasts, salmons, tuna, and other types of fatty fishes. Although you may be receiving enough nutrition from nuts, seeds and dairy, you may not be consuming enough of it. This is the reason why vegetarians might be suffering from nutritional deficiency.
