Drink a glass of grapefruit juice before starting your meal. Then eat a moderately filling serving of lean meat like chicken, turkey, beef, etc. or fish. Make sure you have a bowl of salads containing your favourite veggies and ingredients.
You can drink a glass of grapefruit juice or eat half fruit along with your dinner. Choose from coloured or green vegetables for preparing your menu. You can grill, bake, sauté, make soup, etc. Along with that have a bowl of salad or choose from oily fish like salmon, tuna, mackerel, halibut, etc.
