Q) I got eye problem. Left eye has thread image and at times sparking light movement. Right eye got Blood  all of a sudden after doing exercise. No pain, no blurred visions. no headache, no diabetes only high blood pressure.   I am taking atanolol 40mg twice/Daily since 5 years.

 

A) From the description given, it seems your right eye has got a subconjunctival hemorrhage, which means bleeding beneath thin covering of the eye ball. It is also called pink eye or blood in eye. It may happen even without any reason, and yes exercise and high BP are the causative factor. Sneezing, vomiting, rubbing of eye and bleeding disorders may be other causes.

 

Generally it may not require any treatment, but one need to be careful, avoid medicines we generally take for pain. If there is any underlying cause that should be treated like trauma. It generally gets over in around 2 weeks. It may heal on its own, but you should go to ophthalmologist as you have high BP.

 

The events in the left eye may also be associated with blood pressure. It is highly recommended that you get your eye examined by an eye specialist.
