  How much physical activity is needed for health-related fitness  

Q) How long i have to do the exercise for physically be fit.

A) Moderate activity like brisk walking is necessary for 30 m
in a day. Vigorous exercise, like running or jogging is required for at least 20 min a day. Children and teens should be active for at least 1 h each day.
