Ovulation estimation

Menstruation is also called as period. On average women menstrual cycle is normally between 28 to 32 days. Ovulation is calculated from the last menstrual period (LMP). Ovulation cycle is divided in to two parts. First part of ovulation is called as follicular phase which starts from the day of LMP and continues until ovulation starts. Second part of ovulation is called as luteal phase which starts from the day of ovulation until next menstrual period begins.
