Uses of this medication:
Loratadine is anti histamine drug. It acts by inhibiting the histamine release in the body.
Loratdine is used for allergies for ex runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing, rhinitis, urticaria.
How to use this medication:
Loratadine is usually taken once per day. Take the whole tablet do not crush or chew. If it is dispersible tablet dissolve in the glass water stir and drink.
If the medicine is in liquid form measure dose measuring cup supplied by your pharmacist.
What you need to discuss with your doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication.
Always remember to inform your health expert if you are taking any prescription or OTC medication.
If you have liver or kidney problems inform your doctor, you might need the dose adjustment.
Pregnancy risk category is B. It is found that it passes through the breast milk. Inform your doctor if you are nursing the baby.

Dosage and Missed Dose:
Dosage:
10 mg once daily or
Use as directed by your physician, your physician prescribes depending on the severity of disease.
Use the complete course of medication as prescribed by your physician even though you feel better after one or two days of usage of medication.
Missed dose: If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost the time of the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not take two doses at same time to cover up the missed dose.
Storage
This product should be stored at room temperature between (15-30 degrees C). Store it in a place where it won’t be exposed to excessive heat, moisture or direct sunlight never store in bathroom. Keep it out of reach of children. Make sure that any leftover portion is disposed of safely.
General information:
Do not give loratadine to the child less than 6 years old with out the prescription form doctor.
